Winners of Building Awards Consultant of the Year 2023!

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Consultant of the Year (fewer than 100 staff) at Building Magazine‘s, Building Awards 2023, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

This marks our third win and seventh consecutive year of being shortlisted for this prestigious award. We are incredibly proud of our team and their hard work over the past year, and last night’s celebration was a fantastic way to acknowledge our achievements.

In 2023, Plan A has experienced significant growth, with a 55% increase in turnover and a maintain a remarkable 70% rate of repeat business. Our team has also expanded, and we are pleased to have a gender split of 59% female and 41% male. Additionally, we have actively contributed to our community by raising £10,000 for charities and participating in the PlanBEE (Built Environment Education) apprenticeship scheme.

The Consultant of the Year Award aligns with our business objectives, including our commitment to client satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment, promoting innovation, and prioritising personal and team development. Plan A take great pride in the fact that the judging panel, representing various sectors of the industry, recognised our efforts and deemed us deserving of this award.
