Congrats to UCL, their design and construction team, for the opening of a significant part of the knowledge quarter at Stratford. Marshgate will add real gravitas to UCLs goal of building a campus founded on cross-disciplinary research for the biggest challenges of our times.
We had the privilege of working on the project during the design stages, supporting lead consultant Stanton Williams by introducing and embedding proven and appropriate protocols and procedures to closely monitor the design development, facilitate the communication among the consultants and the Client team. This included sub-consultancy agreements, invoice management, and progress reporting.
