Spotlighting International Women’s Day

This Monday, we spotlighted International Women’s Day 2026 at Plan A!

Our DE&I team took us through the history of IWD, highlighted why the UK and South Africa observe different dates, and unpacked why this day still matters in 2026.

We held a live office poll which gave us real-time insight into our colleagues’ lived experiences, and the gap between what men and women experience day-to-day was a reminder that there is always more work to do.

We also took the opportunity to highlight the policies we’ve built to genuinely support women at Plan A.

As a women-majority company, this is not just a calendar moment for us – it is a reflection of who we are and the standard we hold ourselves to.
