Race Equality Week (REW) 2026

This week marks Race Equality Week (REW) in the UK. Our DE&I team were excited to draw attention to this important initiative, for the first time at Plan A, through a presentation-training session.

Specifically, our session focused on:

• Raising awareness of race inequality in the workplace

• Sharing insights and key statistics.

• Providing common guidance on inclusive workplace behaviour and language

• Encouraging open conversations and reflection.

At Plan A, we are surrounded by a team of 60+ diverse individuals who continue to inspire us every day. It’s important to us that everyone’s unique lived experiences are valued and celebrated.

We believe that our culture is the foundation for this; one that fosters safety, respect and approachability. We work hard to build policies and processes that reflect these values.

We understand that inclusive language is constantly evolving. For that reason, we have recently reviewed every single one of our Policies so that they speak to, and are representative of, the diversity within our team.

We are committed to continue strengthening our inclusive and fair workplace, and to always strive for greater equity for all.
