NEOM Oxagon, NEOM, KSA

NEOM Oxagon forms an integral component of the new region NEOM in the northwest of Saudi Arabia.

The city will be situated in the southwest of NEOM between the Red Sea to the west and the backdrop of The Shar Mountains to the east. The city provides key industrial processes and facilities for the NEOM region and shall be integrated as part of the Regional Plan accommodating a residential community for approximately 50,000 people.

Oxagon will aim to represent the core technological, logistical, and economical engine to power the future of NEOM.

Plan  A’s Key Responsibilities

  • Plan A’s role was to establish and implement design procedures and protocols that were  specifically tailored for the NIC Masterplan.
  • Review Architects Main Appointment and schedule of services to identify issues related to design management and strategy.
  • We prepared a Design Management and delivery strategy to ensure that the project success factors were identified early and communicated to all parties of the Project team.
  • We worked closely with the Architect to introduce and embed proven and appropriate protocols and procedures to closely monitor the design development, facilitate the communication among the consultants and the Client team.
