Jeddah Opera House, Jeddah, KSA

Jeddah Opera House is a landmark asset of the new Jeddah Central Development. Spanning 26,000m² of gross floor area (GFA), the project will house three distinct performance areas: the primary 1,500-seat Lyric Theatre, a mid-scale theatre accommodating 750 seats, and a 150-seat rehearsal hall.

Each venue has been designed for flexibility, enabling seamless adjustments in seating configurations to accommodate diverse performances ranging from classical operas to rock concerts, spoken word presentations, and even special events like banquets or weddings.

Plan A’s Key Responsibilities

  • Managed design issues, monitored the design programme, progress reporting and chairing client and design meetings.
  • Established and facilitated a key role of client correspondence and exchanging of information to ensure efficient communication and delivery of the project.
