The project consists of two development sites within Peckham. The Lindley Estate site fronts onto Peckham Park Road and consists of a combination of 4, 6 and 7 storey blocks providing 44 new homes, supported by D1 use on the ground floor. The smaller Heaton Road site is currently occupied by parking spaces for the residents of the adjacent Heaton House. The 4-storey proposal to provide 7 new homes for social rental comprises 2no. maisonettes and 5no. flats.
Plan A’s Key Responsibilities
Assisted PTA in negotiating the terms of their appointment to London Borough of Southwark and subsequently, upon approval, preparing sub-consultancy appointment documentation for the engineering disciplines.
Established a master design programme, setting out clear justification for both stage and overall durations, as well as implemented key design management tools such as request for information and client comments schedules.
Preparation of survey & investigation RFPs.
Design Programme preparation.
Implementing design management documentation including trackers, execution plans and RFI schedules.
