Plan A’s Corporate Partnerships for 2025!

We are pleased to announce our partnership with three charities: St Luke’s Community Centre in London, and Ladles of Love and Girls with Wiings in Cape Town.

These corporate partnerships highlight our dedication to generating positive change in local communities across both London and Cape Town, where our offices are based. Last year, Plan A devoted over 167 hours to volunteering for various charities in the UK and South Africa, and we look forward to continuing our commitment to charity this year.

Thank you to the Plan A Charity Team: George Birch, Bulelwa Nkohla, Isabel Sandeman and Grace Wardle-Solano for finding these amazing charities and taking the time to engage with them.

Ladles of Love provides nutritious and wholesome food to vulnerable people, most of whom are small children. The charity was founded in 2014 with one soup kitchen serving 70 hot meals in the Cape Town city centre. Today, Ladles of Love serves nearly a million meals a month to vulnerable people, mostly children in the Western Cape, Northern Cape and Gauteng. Our Cape Town office will join Ladles of Love volunteers to help prepare food and hand bowls of soup to deprived communities in the city.

Girls With Wiings,  founded in May 2016, supports homeless and underprivileged women by distributing sanitary products monthly and creating job opportunities. Since its creation, Girls With Wiings has distributed over 27,000 sanitary pads to women and girls in need and aims to restore the dignity of poor and vulnerable women in Cape Town. We are looking forward to participating in the distribution of these essential products and working alongside Girls With Wiings team of volunteers to help them achieve their long term vision in Cape Town.

We are delighted to continue supporting St Luke’s Community Centre for a second year. Local to Islington, the organisation offers a gathering place to all age groups and genders. Through diverse activities and initiatives, St Luke’s provides a supportive environment for people living in the local area, particularly for the most vulnerable. Last year, Plan A  supported seven different programmes, equipping children with cooking skills, guiding teens through CV writing, providing job seekers with smart attire, and teaching basic IT skills to the non-tech-savvy.
