Plan A Team Feedback
At Plan A, we believe in fostering a culture that thrives on feedback. We value the ideas of our people, who bring with them diverse skills, experiences and perspectives that all contribute to defining who we are.
We encourage everyone in the team to bring their ideas to the table and to put their own unique stamp on the role.
This is why it’s so important to us that we elevate the many voices of Plan A and ensure that we all have a platform to bring new ideas and initiatives forward.
One example of this is our annual team survey, which comprises of 15 questions sent to each member of the team, to complete anonymously, on a variety of topics. These include benefits, remuneration, work-life balance, projects, recruitment, diversity, job satisfaction, career progression, communication, knowledge sharing and learning and development.
Once we’ve received the results, we meet with the team to share our feedback and thoughts related to their suggestions and comments. This has been a great way for us to ensure the team receive feedback on their ideas, which they have put time into submitting.
A benefit of the team survey is that it provides the team with another avenue to be heard. Other existing measures in place include an employee council, weekly & monthly team meetings and 1:1 catchups.
The team survey has been a strong aid in our decision-making, allowing us to make decisions driven by real data from our people. It allows us to engage with the team on how Plan A can continue to strive for excellence and make well-informed decisions that positively impact our people.
Some feedback from this year’s survey that mirrors the above sentiments are highlighted below.
