Plan A South Africa Unplugged: Recharging by the Sea

A few weeks ago, our Cape Town team swapped city life for sea views and spent a few days at a beach house on the West Coast in Langebaan. With a rare break in the winter weather, we were lucky to enjoy sunshine-filled days by the ocean.

The trip was packed with fun, team-building and memorable moments—from quad biking and kayaking to board game nights and classic South African braais. A standout highlight? Our “Unexpected Night,” where everyone arrived in surprising, out-of-the-box outfits, setting the tone for an evening full of laughter and connection.

At Plan A, we believe strong teams are built through shared experiences. This time away gave us the chance to step back from our desks, recharge, and connect—made even better by waking up to the sound of waves each morning.
