Plan A is 10!

October 2025 marks an important milestone for Plan A Consultants. This month, we turned 10 and celebrated a year since becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

A lot of things have changed since 2015, but our vision to ‘be known for a consistently high level of expertise and quality’ and ‘to be the first port of call for Design Management for architects and designers’ remains unchanged.

Over the past 10 years, our team has grown from 3 to 60 and we have put a lot of energy into ensuring that our core business principles and team culture have remained the foundation of everything we do.

Last October marked another milestone: Plan A became an EOT, with our founders, Nick Willars and Gerard Daws stepping down. Our new leadership team continues with the same vision: independent, people first and collaborative. We remain focused on quality rather than growth for growth’s sake.

We are immensely passionate about Design Management and are excited to continue working with great architects and design teams on extraordinary projects.
