Our Ongoing Exploration in AI

Earlier this month, four of our Design Managers – Rob Fernandes-Dwyer, Grace Wardle-solano, Dina Abu Shamat, and Olivia Stobs-Stobart – attended the Architecture in the Age of Artificial Intelligence talk at the Barbican Centre.

Presentations from Zaha Hadid Architects, Herzog & de Meuron, and Foster + Partners offered compelling insights into how their respective companies are responding to AI, what processes – both from a design and management perspective – have been altered as a result, and how the sector is likely to be impacted. What struck our team the most was seeing a packed auditorium of architects, engineers, and industry professionals engaged in meaningful dialogue about our collective future. The conversation centred on a shared ambition: leveraging AI to make our industry more efficient, collaborative, and agile in responding to rapid technological change.
