Matriarch Diversity CPD

A big thank you to Ria Kalsi from Matriarch for providing a thought-provoking DEI session with our team on ‘Our Place with Race’ to help better understand racism and our place in the conversation.

The insightful and interactive session covered why we need to be part of the conversation, insight into experiences of racism, microaggressions, creating culture change, building psychological safety, and empowering others. The session was a great way for us to all engage in the conversation and encourage open discussion.
