At Plan A we invest in people and celebrate success. Our recent promotions reflect the hard work and talent shown by our team and our commitment to careers and development.
Jennifer McLoughlin – Associate Director: Jen has extensive experience running complex and high-profile projects, including large-scale transportation projects and the Expo 2030 Riyadh Masterplan. Jen’s promotion is a recognition of her hard work and expertise and we are thrilled she is joining our Associate Director team.
Ellie Smith – Associate Design Manager: Ellie has been with us since her university placement year and, as well as continuing to lead projects, will now be working as part of our Technical Group workstream with a focus on Design Managers’ development and running our DM Training Plan next year. Having gone from strength to strength in her own career with us, we can’t think of anyone better to support our next generation’s growth.
Will O’Donnell, Andreas Leonidou, and Rob Fernandes-Dwyer have all been promoted to Senior Design Manager, reflecting their commitment and responsibilities on projects. They each joined us as Design Managers and have demonstrated that they can step into project leadership roles using their expertise to help drive successful delivery. We look forward to them continuing to grow their careers with us.
Last but not least, Stacey Pike has been promoted to Head of People & Culture, confirming our ambition to be the best employer we can be and our commitment to our people.
